Our facilities are located at the Concesur Mercedes-Benz dealership, located at the A-92, km 5,5. Zip code: 41500 (we are your official camper line ;)). Upon arrival, please ask at reception for the Concecamper staff to arrange pick-up.
The delivery schedule is Monday to Friday from 9am to 19pm. Note: these hours may be modified during peak periods on certain dates (e.g., Easter, Christmas, Seville Fair, etc.). We recommend allowing approximately 30-40 minutes for the campervan operation explanation and payment of the reservation and deposit.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as the dealership is closed and these are non-working days.
The return schedule is Monday to Sunday, including holidays, from 9am to 20pm. If the return is made outside of working hours or on non-working days, a €20 surcharge will be applied for the dealership opening management (it will appear as a return time surcharge in your booking).
We will send the reservation confirmation to the email address you provided during the online booking process. Check your spam folder if you don't receive it; it may have ended up there. If you don't receive anything, please write to us at info@concecamper.com
During the online booking process, we ask for your full name, phone number, and email address. You don't need to upload any documents at this time. You can upload your ID and driver's license using the link we'll email you to sign the contract, or we can also request them via WhatsApp.
Our base price includes the essentials for traveling and living on wheels. Nothing more, nothing less.

We need you to bring the documents of the person who made the reservation and the main driver: ID, driver's license, and credit/debit card.
The reservation payment card must be in the name of the person signing the rental agreement.
We recommend depositing the security deposit by credit card.
All authorized drivers must sign the contract.
We offer pickup from Monday to Friday during scheduled hours, but unfortunately, we do not deliver on weekends or holidays as our facilities are closed.
However, You can return the van from Monday to SundayOn weekends and holidays, return will be contactless. Our security team will open the facility so you can return the van at the time you indicated when booking. The van will be inspected within the next 48 business hours*.
Any return made outside of business hours incurs a €20 surcharge for the dealership's opening process.
*During high season this time may be longer due to the high volume of reservations.
We understand that unforeseen events may always occur, so if your delivery or return is going to be delayed, it is justifiable.(1), you must notify it immediately.
If the delay is unjustified and the reservations team has not been notified at least one hour in advance, we will deduct one extra day's rental from the deposit based on the seasonal rate.
We ask that you arrive punctually so that we can dedicate the necessary time on the delivery day and not cause delays to other reservations.

Unfortunately, we only have one pickup and drop-off location in Seville. We hope to have many more soon.
You must return it at the time indicated in the rental agreement. You must return the campervan clean inside (swept, vacuumed, with no food leftovers in the refrigerator/storage area, and clean utensils), with the fuel tank at the same level as when it was delivered and the gray/black water tanks empty. It is not necessary to return it with a full fresh water tank.
If the vehicle is not returned with the same fuel level as when picked up, you will be charged €40 for every ¼ of a tank missing. We don't like to charge you for nothing; this fee covers the costs of managing the service.
Any dirty/unemptied area will be penalized with up to €50 per area, as additional cleaning time will be required in the campervan, which is not stipulated in the rate.
If any camper accessory or household items are lost or broken, the replacement cost will be charged with a justified estimate.
Upon return, if it's a weekday, you can leave the keys at reception. If you return the van on a holiday or weekend, the keys will be kept by the security guard. The inspection will be done within the next 48 business hours. There may be delays if we encounter any unforeseen events and require more time to analyze them. We don't want to charge you for anything that wasn't completed during your rental; we take this very seriously!
We're pet-friendly and we love having your pet with you! All vans can be booked with pets for a €40 supplement for additional cleaning and disinfection. We'll also include a bed so your best friend can travel comfortably.
We remind you that pets must travel with a seat belt by law.

We recommend checking the signs for every place you park or spend the night with your campervan; each municipality has its own regulations. It's important to know that you can't empty gray and black water just anywhere, as this can result in significant fines. There are apps that indicate these locations; we recommend downloading them for your road trip.
Of course! Bookings for more than 6 days receive a 15% discount, and if you book for more than 14 days, you'll get a 20% discount on the total rate.
By company policy, rentals may never exceed 30 days.
Our van insurance is valid in European countries, with the exception of the cities of Ceuta and Melilla. This means you can travel to any European country: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, France, Finland, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Italy, Ireland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Norway, the Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, the Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Switzerland, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus, Moldova, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia. Travel to Turkey, Russia, Morocco, Tunisia, and all other non-EU countries within the European region, as well as the cities of Ceuta and Melilla, are excluded.
It is mandatory to pay the toll costs in those areas where they are indicated; failure to do so will result in the corresponding penalty and surcharges for the driver.
Enjoy the benefits of your Concecamper booking: if you want to modify or cancel your booking free of charge, you have up to 15 days before the start of your rental. Write to us with your booking reference at reservas@concecamper.com and we will process any changes you wish to make if available.
If you decide to change your booking within 15 days, you will forfeit your right to a 100% refund of your deposit. You will be allowed one date change and can use the deposit as a credit.
A maximum of 1 change is allowed.
This policy does NOT apply to gift packs or prizes in raffles.
Our rates are tailored to include everything you need for comfortable travel. For those renting our campers for more than 6 days, we offer a 15% discount on the total rate, and for rentals longer than 14 days, we offer up to 20% off the total rate.
One of the most important things for us when delivering our campers is that you find it with a full tank so you don't waste time after picking it up and can travel directly to your destination.
Our fuel policy is full/full and carries a penalty on the deposit if the camper is returned with a lower fuel level than when it was delivered.

Our mileage policy is as follows:
Kilometers are cumulative.
We offer the option of adding a 150km/day package as an extra for €19,90/day. Add it to your reservation in the extras section!
For each additional kilometer traveled during the reservation, the rate is €0,40/extra kilometer.
Unfortunately, we can't prevent this, as accidents and unforeseen events happen even if we take the utmost care. Therefore, we require a €1.200 security deposit, which will be held on a credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) upon pickup. It is not possible to pay the security deposit in cash, by bank transfer, or via PayPal.
The deposit can be refunded up to 48 working hours after the day of the return**.
*You can choose to reduce the deposit to €600 by adding the extra during the booking process.
**During peak season, this timeframe may be affected due to the high volume of bookings
To ensure your campervan is booked and ready for your next trip, it's important that we receive your 15% payment through our website or by bank transfer if you book through other channels, in order to guarantee your reservation.
To pay the remaining amount of the reservation, you can pay before pickup using a credit/debit card link or on the day of pickup using a POS terminal.
We accept various payment methods on our website: credit/debit card, PayPal, or via POS terminal upon pickup. None of the above payment methods incur any additional charges.
All our rental campers have comprehensive insurance with a deductible of €1.500 in case of an accident, which can be reduced to €600 by purchasing the deductible reduction.

If you have an accident or a breakdown, or if the camper van isn't working as it should (the check engine light is on, etc.), don't worry! Our insurance covers assistance, as long as it's not due to driver negligence.
In the event of an accident, whether caused by yourself or a third party, you must immediately notify the police. If third parties are involved, claims or admissions of guilt must not be acknowledged or confirmed, so that Concecamper can resolve claims.
It is very important that you accurately report any damage caused during your trip. Please take photos of the damage and email the damage report to us. info@concecamper.com so that we can identify them.
In the glove compartment you will find a European accident report, which you must fill out in case of an accident and send us a photo of it to info@concecamper.com
The insurance and deductible only cover the first accident that may trigger insurance coverage for each rental. If more than one accident occurs during the rental period that may trigger insurance coverage, the renter is responsible for the repair costs of each additional damage. To cover the costs of any damage, we may hold the full amount of the security deposit on the credit/debit card associated with the reservation.

No one likes getting a ticket, but you should know that during the rental period, the person who signed the rental agreement will be responsible for all violations committed with the van. If we receive a parking or speeding ticket, or any other type of fine for reckless driving or negligent use of the vehicle, all costs arising from these violations or criminal offenses will be borne by the camper van renter.
Furthermore, this creates additional bureaucratic, time-consuming, and costly work for us due to consultations with the relevant authorities and the resulting costs. Therefore, please understand that we may charge administrative fees depending on the violation:
All unpaid invoices will be subject to interest, which is the highest legal rate plus a fixed fee, corresponding to 20% of the unpaid amount and any compensation for damages/loss of profits due by law.
